Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience in our stores.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible solution for their vision needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting frames, coordinating frames with optical measurements, and providing guidance on the perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-presented.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
