Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at the Regent Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining areas.

Responsibilities
  • Carry and replace linen in a timely and efficient manner
  • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
  • Load buspans and trays with precision and care
  • Place dishes in storage areas, ensuring they are secure and easily accessible
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, adhering to our strict hygiene protocols
  • Scour pots and pans to remove stubborn food residue
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to a high standard
Work Environment and Physical Demands
