Taxation Expert

We are seeking a Taxation Expert to join the Domestic Tax team. Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with tax authorities on audits and appeals
• Identifying and documenting tax filing positions, including risk analysis
• Preparing and reviewing personal, corporate, and trust income tax returns, along with other tax information forms
• Researching tax issues and preparing memoranda or client letters, including writing reports/letters at the appropriate level for the intended audience
• Actively participating in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace
• Being enrolled or in the process of enrolling in an in-depth tax course
• Holding 3+ years of experience in public accounting with a specialization in tax
• Having a good understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal, and trust tax compliance and planning
