Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Chevron Town Pantry. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Market Research and Trends: Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies to ensure fair and competitive pricing.
- Procurement and Inventory: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and efficient inventory management.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and drive sales growth.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Accessibility and Inclusion: Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support newcomers and refugees, and assist with their settlement needs.
- Youth Employment: Participate in programs that support youth employment, and offer on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities.
- Indigenous People: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people, and provide cultural competency training to employees.
- Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities, and offer mentorship programs to support their career development.
