Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing a small team through month-end activities, preparing and updating financial records and reports, and collaborating with senior leadership and the board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of financial analysts and ensure timely completion of month-end activities
  • Prepare and update financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Collaborate with the accounting department and legal team to ensure compliance with all financial regulations
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and the board
Requirements
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a not-for-profit industry
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance
  • CPA certification
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
