  1. Lead and manage branch operations to achieve sales, market share, and financial goals.
  2. Implement a customer-driven culture in all processes and market the company effectively within the trading area.

  4. Supervise sales and operational staff to achieve targets and utilize internal estimating and quoting processes accurately.

  7. Train and ensure staff have necessary resources and develop individual career and performance plans with branch talent.

  9. Meet goals and metrics, identify improvement areas, and propose corrective actions.
  10. Share best practices and competitive intelligence with other branches and Senior Management.
  11. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly and maintain high ethical standards and comply with regulations.

  13. Ensure fair and equitable dealings with employees, other branches, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Commerce, or related field.
  2. 10+ years of construction management experience.
  3. 5+ years of team leadership (managing managers).
  4. 2+ years of sales and/or account management.
  5. Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
  6. Intermediate accounting and inventory skills.
  7. Effective communicator and negotiator.
  8. Collaborative and resilient.
  9. Highly accountable and motivated.
  10. PMP or CET considered an asset.
  11. Office setting with occasional lifting (
