Electrical Systems Technician

We are seeking an Electrical Systems Technician to join our team at ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install electrical controls and panel boxes
  • Keep maintenance reports and documentation
  • Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits
  • Troubleshoot and isolate faults
  • Connect power to audio and visual equipment
  • Install surface mount and/or overhead cables
  • Renovate electrical systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support for Indigenous people
  • Supports for visible minorities
