Accounting Assistant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team at DMY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll and manage benefits, including employee data and tax compliance.
  • Office Administration: Perform general office duties, such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with ability to learn new software and systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
