Job Description
">As a Hearing Care Professional with WSAudiology USA, you will be passionate about delivering outstanding hearing healthcare to our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, high standards of client care, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Your key responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- Supporting existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations">
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make informed recommendations to clients">
- Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended">
- Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls">
Requirements
">We are looking for a candidate with:
">- ">
- A graduate degree from a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program">
- Registration with ACSLPA or CHAPA in good standing, ideally with AADL registration">
- Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience">
- An excellent communicator who can establish professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members">
