We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surveillance Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Surveillance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring interior and exterior areas of our facilities using closed-circuit television cameras and maintaining accurate visual records.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and document security incidents, including violations, large cash transactions, and unauthorized access.
- Maintain accurate logs and records, storing them for evidence purposes as needed.
- Monitor and report on the condition of surveillance facilities and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with operational departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and guests to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous security experience is an asset, but not required.
- Gaming Security Officer training and additional training as requested.
- Serving It Right Certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is a regular office environment, with non-traditional work hours possible in certain circumstances.
