We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warranty Department Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warranty process from start to finish, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take bookings for the service department.
  • Advise customers of any additional work to be carried out.
  • Invoice work upon completion.
  • Explain work carried out via job card write-ups, over the phone or in person.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a motor service advisor is an advantage. Experience in a different role within the motor industry will also be considered.
  • Ideal technical understanding/background.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Strong invoicing experience.
