Vineyard Labourer

Gallucci winery Inc is seeking a skilled Vineyard Labourer to join their team.

This permanent position offers an estimated salary of $45,000 per year.

• Clean the crops and maintain the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes.
• Clear fields of wood and stones, mix fertilizer, pick row and orchard crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• Perform tasks such as seed cutting, weeding, and cleaning work areas, as well as fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

• Prior experience in this field of employment is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling heavy loads.
• Demonstrated ability to distinguish between colours and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and reliability in standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
• Capacity to wear gloves and steel-toed safety boots when required.

The successful candidate will have access to a valid driver's licence and own transportation, ensuring they can travel efficiently between locations. They will also be provided with necessary equipment and training to excel in this role.
