About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Specialist to join our team at Mark Anthony Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market research data to improve business decisions and activities, assisting in product development, and directing marketing strategies for our establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities
  • Assist in the development of new products and services
  • Direct the marketing strategies of our establishments
  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs
  • Evaluate the marketing strategies used by our competitors
  • Implement communication strategies and programs
  • Train staff on marketing and sales techniques
  • Market our business services to new and existing clients
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in marketing and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
