About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

32.5 hours per week.
