Job Summary

RhynoCare is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Nursing Care: Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident's plan of care.
  • Assess and Plan Care: Assess the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and Evaluate Care: Implement care plans and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
  • Manage Medications: Ensure the safe and effective use of medications, including the administration, storage, and disposal of medications.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
  • Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Certifications: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency.
  • Clearance: Vulnerable Sector Police Check and/or Adult Abuse Registry Check, and a clear Criminal Record check.
