Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Master Pastry Artisan to join our team at beBee Professionals in Peterborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

• Bread and Pastry Production: Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch, adhering to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Dessert Decoration: Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts with creativity and attention to detail.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order baking supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Culinary Experience: Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role is essential for this position.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of baking techniques, including recipes, ingredients, and equipment operation.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and attention to detail, particularly when decorating pastries and cakes.
