Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Develop and implement menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation strategies to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
