About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Creative Associate Director, Content to join our team at TANK Worldwide. As a key member of our creative leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving the development of impactful and strategic campaigns that effectively communicate health-related messages to target audiences.

As a seasoned creative professional, you will be responsible for combining your creative vision with a deep understanding of the nuances of health to create compelling and compliant campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Creative Directors, Writers, Designers, Strategists, Account Managers, and clients, will be essential to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a deep understanding of each client's brand and the healthcare industry as a whole, playing a key role in briefing, conceptualization, content development, and execution of multi-channel initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of regulations, terminology, and trends in healthcare to ensure that all creative work meets industry-specific compliance standards while remaining compelling for the target audience.
  • Inspire content and creative direction while providing practical support to the creative team and maintaining a consultative role throughout all projects.
  • Exhibit advanced writing skills in the healthcare domain, effectively presenting a point of view using logic, facts (medical and otherwise), and creating a convincing narrative.
  • Research and develop new tone-of-voice guidelines for brands, as well as writing comprehensive guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our Strategy and Account teams to ensure briefs are clear, insightful, and inspire excellent creative development. Immerse yourself in the brand strategy and apply it to your work, ensuring all communications are intelligent and effective.
  • Participate in and/or lead client meetings and presentations, developing relationships with clients while overseeing excellent work on the market.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 7 years of experience in the industry in a well-established creative role with a proven track record.
  • Experience in an agency working across all channels.
  • A strong creative portfolio showcasing relevant experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising categories.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting at all levels to clients.
  • Experience in managing a creative team, including writers and art directors.
