About the Role

Glen Merritt is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Replace and repair front end, body, and underbody components
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to achieve a smooth finish
  • Use specialized equipment to straighten bent frames and repair or replace interior components
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry
  • Strong knowledge of body shop procedures and safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
