The role of our dedicated Business Development team is paramount in driving growth, expansion, and sustainability for our organization. The Sales Growth Specialist's primary focus will be to identify new sales opportunities, initiate communication through in-person meetings or phone calls, and nurture brand relationships that propel our organization forward.

We are seeking individuals who have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong self-motivation and passion for sales and business
  • Ability to work well with others as a team player, while also confident working independently with minimal direction
  • Excellent attention to detail and listening skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Available to work full-time on weekdays
  • Able to commute to our office on a daily basis

The Responsibilities of the Sales Growth Specialist:

Daily Face-to-Face Interactions

  • Conduct daily face-to-face interactions with prospects to identify and assess their needs and pain points

Sales Enablement

  • Emphasize the benefits of our product features to potential customers to ensure they receive the most value

Lead Maximization

  • Maximize the potential of assigned leads through our efficient follow-up systems

Customer Care

  • Collect customer IDs and personal information to process the sale and keep confidential information safe
  • Provide exceptional customer care and promptly respond to any negative feedback or inquiries

Sales Performance

  • Strive for maximum customer satisfaction to increase repeat business and customer referrals

  • Attend weekly meetings and conference calls to stay updated on product knowledge and remain competitive in the market
