Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team at Mark Waddell Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and removing rubble and debris.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Remove rubble and debris at construction sites
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be working outdoors in a construction site environment, which may include confined spaces, noise, dust, and heat.
