Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, including mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.

Monitor Personnel Workloads

Keep track of personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.

Dispatch Personnel

Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, taking into account traffic and other potential issues.

Follow-up on Issues

Follow up on any issues related to work orders, including resolving problems and ensuring timely completion.

Knowledge of Regulations

Have a strong understanding of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a related field is required.

Work Setting

Transportation industry experience is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week is standard.
