About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematics Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Love N' Think Mathematics. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing mathematics education programs and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and develop mathematics education programs and materials for students of all ages.
  • Curriculum Review: Review and revise mathematics curricula to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Teacher Support: Provide ongoing professional development and support to teachers to help them improve their mathematics teaching skills.
  • Research and Evaluation: Conduct research and evaluations to identify best practices in mathematics education and to inform program development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other education professionals to develop and implement mathematics education programs and materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in mathematics education or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a office setting with frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
