Responsabilités- Définir la feuille de route produit et le compte de résultat pour les catégories assignées au sein du portefeuille de Medicom (équipements de protection individuelle (EPI), solutions de stérilisation et de contrôle des infections).
- Compiler la voix du client, l'analyse des succès/échecs et identifier les opportunités de marché (dans les segments de marché applicables, à savoir dentaire, médical, et recherche/laboratoire/industriel à travers l'Amérique du Nord).
- Superviser l'intelligence concurrentielle et les tendances du marché.
- Évaluer en permanence le portefeuille de produits et les stratégies de distribution.
- Gestion du cycle de vie des produits.
- Définir les prix de base et le positionnement des produits.
- Mettre en œuvre des études de cas pertinentes conformes à la feuille de route, en proposant des recommandations pour stimuler la croissance rentable.
- Stimuler l'innovation basée sur l'intelligence concurrentielle.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe marketing pour la transition des portes d'introduction de nouveaux produits (NPI) en aval.
- Selon les opportunités commerciales, suivre l'exécution des programmes avec les parties prenantes pertinentes (approvisionnement, chaîne d'approvisionnement, qualité et réglementation, finance, marketing aval, développement de produits, fusions et acquisitions).
- Minimum 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en affaires (par exemple : gestion de produit, marketing, vente, développement commercial, etc.).
- Expérience antérieure dans la prise de décisions stratégiques et la planification.
- Expérience antérieure dans la direction et la supervision d'un programme de grande envergure et complexe, sur plusieurs années, nécessitant un nombre significatif de ressources internes et/ou externes.
- Expérience antérieure dans l'établissement de relations, la négociation et le partenariat avec la haute direction.
- Expérience avec les processus de portes d'introduction de nouveaux produits (NPI).
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement réglementé tel que les dispositifs médicaux.
- Expérience avec le modèle de vente par distributeur.
- Expérience sur les marchés canadien et américain.
- Bilingue (français et anglais).
