Job Description:
  • To allocate resources effectively, including material, human, and financial, in order to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • To authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • To coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

This strategic leader will be responsible for establishing objectives for the organization, formulating or approving policies and programs, representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions, selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and creating optimum working conditions.

Key responsibilities include allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, coordinating work, establishing objectives, representing the organization, and selecting executive staff. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing teams.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively.
