About the Role

As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and improving AWS-based applications, ensuring top-quality performance, security, and scalability. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and optimize licensing tools for Windows, macOS, and Linux, and contribute to desktop and backend development, upgrading components, testing, and fixing bugs to meet licensing integration needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and improve AWS-based applications, ensuring top-quality performance, security, and scalability.
  • Develop and optimize licensing tools for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Contribute to desktop and backend development, upgrading components, testing, and fixing bugs to meet licensing integration needs.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests as part of your code contributions.
  • Help maintain a reliable CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins for seamless integration and testing.
  • Follow Scrum practices to plan and complete development sprints, ensuring timely delivery with minimal overhead.
  • Contribute to code commits and peer reviews using GitHub, promoting a collaborative and quality-focused development process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Python developer, with expertise in multi-platform development.
  • Experience with AWS and cloud-based development to improve licensing solutions.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD automation tools, preferably Jenkins.
  • Skilled in both desktop and web development.
  • Familiar with Scrum and Agile practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
