Job OpportunityWe are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Business Development Lead for our Professional and Consulting Services division. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or technical background with excellent relationship-building skills or a business background with a willingness to learn about environmental consulting and engineering services. This role requires a driven individual with a strong network of contacts within the environmental, asset retirement, and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION MAKERS IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL SECTORS.
- Develop sales strategies to maximize exposure to the Environmental and ARO sectors of industry.
- Collaborate with the Technical team to develop bid responses and quotes.
- Evaluate lessons learned from completed projects/proposals to inform new opportunities.
- Communicate industry information and trends to the Technical team to support continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will possess a diploma or university degree in Engineering, Environment, or Land or a related technical field, along with demonstrated communication and rapport-building skills, excellent technical reporting abilities, strong time management, and organizational skills. A valid driver's license with a clean abstract is also required.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
