About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at 13619150 CANADA INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the achievement of project goals.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that the organization's interests are protected.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring that project information is communicated clearly and promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
