We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team at Fly By Night Catching Ltd. as a Fowl Catcher. In this role, you will be responsible for handling animals, monitoring their health, and ensuring their well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Animal Handling: Safely and humanely handle animals, including chickens, to ensure their health and well-being.
- Health Monitoring: Regularly monitor the health of animals, detecting any signs of disease or health problems.
- Feeding and Tending: Feed and tend to animals, ensuring they receive proper care and nutrition.
- Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
- Reporting: Write daily basic progress reports to track animal health and well-being.
- Maintenance: Set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops.
This is a physically demanding role that requires repetitive tasks. As a Fowl Catcher, you will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the health and well-being of animals.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Work Setting: Staff accommodation provided.
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding and repetitive tasks.
- Government Programs: Recognized employer, permanent work term, and English language required.
