Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or related field.
    • Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or Health Administration preferred.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical education and quality improvement.
    • Proven track record of designing and delivering educational programs and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
