Job Title: Personal Support Caregiver

About the Role:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Caregiver to join our team in the Niagara Region. As a Personal Support Caregiver, you will provide personal care services to clients living in their own homes, enhancing their quality of life, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support to clients
  • Complete other assigned tasks, such as meal preparation and laundry
  • Monitor household safety and report any concerns to management

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (G or G2)
  • Reliable vehicle and ability to drive independently
  • Able to work every other weekend
  • Able to provide a workday availability that fits our client service needs
  • PSW diploma or equivalent (DSW, Nursing Student, first year completed)
  • Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check
