Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Project Manager to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects related to the preparation and movement of specialized clinical program areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate projects to achieve optimal outcomes and benefits
  • Work with clinical and facilities planning teams to develop transition, integration, and implementation strategies
  • Coordinate and align program and service delivery activities among assigned clinical areas
  • Assess and identify clinical and user needs in consultation with program managers and clinical experts
  • Develop and implement new or redesigned clinical services/programs to support care improvement priorities
  • Establish project charters, plans, and objectives to outline operational improvement timelines and deliverables
  • Manage project resources, including preparing and monitoring project budgets and expenditures
  • Identify, negotiate, and resolve issues encountered to ensure new or redesigned clinical programs are ready for implementation
  • Develop and recommend tools and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and evaluate the progress and outcomes of clinical initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health Science, or other relevant clinical discipline
  • Seven years' recent related clinical experience in a healthcare environment, including five years' experience responsible for managing and leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives/projects
  • Two years' experience in a supervisory role in a large complex organization
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes
