Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to join our team at Progress Glass Company Ltd.
About the RoleThe Sales General Manager will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions and divisions. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and initiative.
