Benefits
As a family physician in our clinic, you may be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including:
- Recruitment Incentive - $10,000
- Relocation - up to a maximum of $15,000
- Fee Premium – 4.2%
- Annual Flat Fee - $4,880
- Rural CME starting at $2,000 per annum in years 3 & 4, to a maximum of $4,000 after 4 years in the community
