Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop maintenance staff to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English.
