About the Role

Momentum Integrated Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation of Welding Specifications: Interpret welding process specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Metal Shaping and Bending: Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines to prepare metal for welding.
  • Material Evaluation: Determine the weldability of materials to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate: Possession of a Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate is an asset.
