The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and calculating fixed assets and depreciation. Additionally, the individual will keep general ledgers and financial statements up-to-date, post journal entries, and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports. Tax returns must also be prepared, as well as trial balances of books.

A strong understanding of MS Excel and Word is essential for this role, as the Bookkeeper will use these tools to manage and analyze financial data. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and teamwork abilities are also required. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, with a permanent position offering 32 hours of work per week.

Salary Information

We offer an estimated annual salary of $55,000-$65,000, based on industry standards and location. This compensation package reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the financial accuracy and stability of BONNIE DOON CLINIC INC.
