As a Site Electrical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing site electrical infrastructure, including technical supervision, investigation, and compliance with all related local codes. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical system requirements, GMP plant operation principles, and planning essentials with respect to the pharmaceutical industry. You will also need to be able to work in a multi-task environment, with multiple projects, cross-functional teams, and independently. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage site electrical infrastructure, including creation of plans for maintenance, repair & servicing of all electrical equipment.
  • Technical supervision, investigation, and compliance with all related local codes.
  • Support technical teams requirements with application of electrical/instrumental technology.
  • Generate technical reports relating to equipment failure/remediation performance, lead and manage RCA's.
  • Accountable for the electrical aspect of Maintenance Life Plan development and maintenance strategies.
