We are seeking an experienced Sand Moulder to join our team at Matrix Metal Casting. In this role, you will be responsible for making sand moulds using patterns, moulding boxes, sand and hand tools following bench, floor or pit moulding methods.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and physical stamina. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of skilled professionals who share your passion for metal casting.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar field, as well as excellent manual dexterity and ability to work in a noisy, dusty environment. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as dental plan, health care plan, and paramedical services coverage.
Key Responsibilities- Making sand moulds using patterns, moulding boxes, sand and hand tools
- Making cores for use in moulds to form holes or void spaces in castings
- Setting up, adjusting and operating various casting machines

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
