About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Production Manager to lead our creative team at Sandy Nicholson Inc. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and execution.

As a seasoned professional in the film and video production industry, you will bring extensive knowledge and experience to this position. Your expertise will ensure that our productions meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and other stakeholders to bring visions to life.
  • Manage and motivate a team of contractors, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel.
  • Analyze budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Review programs and policies to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in video production management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office software, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and InDesign.
