Job Title: Gyneco-OncologistVitalité Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Gyneco-Oncologist to join our team.
About the Role:The Gyneco-Oncologist will be responsible for providing medical care to patients with gynecological cancer, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. The successful candidate will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients and their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical care to patients with gynecological cancer, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients and their loved ones.
- Participate in research activities in the field of gynecological oncology.
- Take an active part in teaching activities in the department, in close collaboration with the Centre de formation médicale du Nouveau‐Brunswick.
- Ensure adequate service coverage, including participation in an on-call rotation during statutory holidays, weekends, and evenings.
- Degree from a recognized medical school and residency granting a licence in Gyneco-Oncology.
- Recognized certification in obstetrics and gynecology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
- Recognized certification in gyneco-oncology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
- Active membership in the Canadian Medical Protective Association or equivalent liability insurance association.
- Membership with the New Brunswick Medical Society.
- One to three years' experience will be considered an asset.
