Fire Alarm Systems Specialist

As a Fire Alarm Systems Specialist with Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing installed fire alarm systems. This includes panel repair and reprogramming, device replacement and repair, resolving low voltage circuit troubles, and system testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair installed fire alarm systems
  • Organize and apply technical resources to ensure efficient execution of tasks
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Program fire alarm, security, and access control system panels
  • Complete and submit task-related documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid CFAA Registration
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with fire alarm systems
  • Good working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Capable of performing physical labor and working in unusual positions
