Overview of the Position:


Smart and Best Choice Moving Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Furniture Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of interior prefabricated products.



About the Job:


This role involves working on site, where you will be required to install interior prefabricated products, read blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements, and utilize hand and power tools as needed. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think creatively when faced with complex installation challenges.



Responsibilities and Requirements:



  • Install interior prefabricated products in accordance with company standards and guidelines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products as needed
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for new projects
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently


Education and Experience:


We are looking for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role. Your secondary education and previous experience will serve as the foundation for your success in this position.



Work Environment:


This role requires you to work on-site, which means that there is no option to work remotely. Our work environment is fast-paced, and you must be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.



Salary and Benefits:


The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000-$55,000 based on industry standards and location factors. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
