Job Title: Vice-President Head of Technology and Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice-President Head of Technology and Operations to join our team at Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technology and operations teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our business, and driving innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews
  • Negotiate with suppliers and assess business opportunities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
