Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Podium Catchers Consultant Inc.

Job Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for leading our organization, allocating resources, and implementing policies and programs. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Allocate resources to achieve business objectives
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Judgement and decision-making skills
  • Organized and efficient interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
  • Own vehicle
  • Fast-paced environment

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
