Work Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on quality and productivity. You will work in a noisy and dusty environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate spring making machines to produce metal products
  • Read blueprints and drawings to determine work requirements
  • Clean, polish, file, or otherwise finish products
  • Check products for quality and other specifications
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools
  • Fitting and assembling components using hand and power tools
  • Cleaning and lubricating machinery and equipment
  • Setting up machines and equipment
  • Using computer numerical control (CNC) machines
  • Reading blueprints and drawings
  • Programming CNC machine tools
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment
