Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Joyplus Immigration Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement communication plans to engage with our target audience and promote our services.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare Written Material: Develop high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Publicize Activities: Promote our services and events through various channels, including social media, email, and print materials.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for marketing staff.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Marketing Materials: Help develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Plan and execute special events, including conferences, workshops, and symposia.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Create a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our services and expertise.
  • Conduct Online Marketing: Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing.
  • Deliver Presentations: Present our services and expertise to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Manage and maintain our digital database, including customer information and marketing data.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases: Develop and edit press releases to promote our services and expertise.
  • Copywrite: Develop high-quality written content, including copy for marketing materials and website content.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Language: English.
