Visionary Optician

Estimated salary for this role: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Licensed Optician to join our team at Carrefour Laval Ray-Ban. As a key member of our luxury retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

• Maintain high standards of sales and service, exceeding client expectations through expert product knowledge and personalized attention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through exceptional customer service skills.
• Demonstrate flawless accuracy in taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear, and executing all details with precision.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and fashion trends, utilizing this expertise to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain presentation standards on the sales floor and back office, ensuring a seamless and polished shopping environment.
• Understand and support all company policies and procedures, maintaining a culture of excellence and integrity.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure or certification as an optician from a nationally recognized association.
• 2+ years of sales experience in the luxury service industry.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
• Natural ability to build a client following and establish long-term relationships.
• Polished appearance and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
