Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Happy at Home Caregiving Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personal care and support to elderly clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, household chores, and providing companionship.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist clients with shopping and errands
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
