Support Operations Coordinator

Airline Limousine seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office procedures, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Office Management: Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines, manage contracts, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide timely and courteous responses to electronic enquiries, receive payments from customers, and offer support with bookings and travel arrangements.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
